HOME MADE FONDUE PARMESAN

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces cornstarch
  • 10 ounces flour
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • pepper
  • 3 pints of milk scalded
  • 1 pound of melted butter
  • 8 ounces of parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt the butter and add flour and cornstarch stirring and make a bechamelle by adding the scalded milk.
2. Stir until cooked, and add Parmesan cheese.
3. Pour on a greased sheet and refrigerate.
4. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry.

* better if it has been frozen
** if you want to make half recipe, use 6 ounces of the first two ingredients
