Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup of chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup of diced green peppers
  • 1/2 onion minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 cans of crab (6 ounces)
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare the sauce by mixing first 6 ingredients and refrigerate.
2. When ready to serve, place lettuce leaves on plates and dispose the crab meat.
3. Add pieces of tomatoes and eggs.
4. Pour sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
