Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Ingredients

• Mix:
• 5 eggs
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup pumpkin
• 2 1/2 cup half and half
• 1 cup toasted pecans
• 1 bagutte of bread cubed
• 1 t. nutmeg
• 1 t. ginger
• 2 t. cinnamon
• 1 t. allspice
• 1 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

let sit for 10 minutes
use a springform pan, sprayed with foil and wrap in foil
bake ffor 1 hour at 350
