Pumpking Spice Cake Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix or basic yellow cake
  • 1 (15oz) can pumpking puree
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup basic cream cheese or store bought cream cheese icing
  • 24 oz white chocolate, for coating
  • 55 about 55 pumpkin seeds, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together the ingredients for making a yellow cake. Add the pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.

2. Follow the instructions for baking the cake.

3. While the cake is cooling, prepare the icing or open your store bought icing.

4. After the cake has cooled, crumble, mix with icing, form into balls, roll, and freeze for at least 2 hours.

5. After the cake balls are dipped in white chocolate, top each with a pumpkin seed.
