Ingredients
- 3 cups freah basil leaves
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine basil, gralic, parmesan cheese, oil, pine nuts, salt and pepper in food processor. Pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed
2. Cover with a film of louveoil on top and store in refrigerator
3. Toss with your favorite pasta and serve with crusty bread and salad
