Ingredients

  • 3

    cups freah basil leaves

  • 6

    cloves garlic

  • ½

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼

    cup extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼

    cup toasted pine nuts

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • tsp pepper

Directions

1. Combine basil, gralic, parmesan cheese, oil, pine nuts, salt and pepper in food processor. Pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed 2. Cover with a film of louveoil on top and store in refrigerator 3. Toss with your favorite pasta and serve with crusty bread and salad
