Ingredients
- 1 c butter, softened
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar, add egg. Slowly mix in flour. Chill dough for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350*.
Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 2 1/2 inch squares. Bake for 17 minutes.
