Ingredients
- 2 lbs red potatoes, whole
- 1/4 cup cooking water, reserved
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cover potatoes with cold salted water; simmer 40 minutes. Drain, do not peel. Smash with cooking water, yogurt and salt & pepper to taste.
