Ingredients
- 1 box frozen broccoli
- 2 Tbs. minced onion
- 1/2 cup boiling, salted water
- 2 cup milk
- 1 can condensed cream of celery or potato soup
- 1/2 cup or 2/3 oz. shredded swiss
Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli and onion in water. Do not drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat. Stir until cheese is melted. Put in blender and puree.
