Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix or basic yellow cake
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 (6oz) package fresh blackberries, roughly chopped
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup basic vanilla icing or store bought vanilla icing
- 24 oz white chocoalte, for coating
- 55 About 55 blackberries, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together the ingredients for making a yellow cake. After the ingredients are fully combined, stir int eh nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Then fold in the blackberries.
2. Follow the instructions for baking the cake.
3. While the cake is cooling, prepare the icing or open your store bought icing.
4. After the cake has cooled, crumble, mix with icing, form into balls, roll, and freeze for at least 2 hours.
5. After the cake balls are dipped in white chocolate, place a blackberry in the white chocolate cap.
