Blueberry Cheesecake smoothie

For strawberry, substitute strawberries for blueberries.

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (non-fat), cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 tsp. sugar (or Splenda)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.

Add ice; blend until thickened. Serve immediately.
