- 3 tbs. butter
- 3 tbs. flour
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/4 cup half and half
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 2 eggs, well beaten

Step 1
Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour, sugar,salt and pepper. Slowly add half and half. Stir in corn. Fold in eggs. Pour into a well buttered 1-quart casserole. Set dish in a pan of hot water. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350, bake until set, about 30 minutes.
