Baked Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn (15 oz) drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz can chopped green chiles
  • 4 oz chopped pickled jalapenos
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat 350
In large bowl combine all ingredients except for 1/4 c. grated cheese
Coat baking dish w/non-stick spray, then pour dip into dish.
Top with remaining cheese
Bake 20-25 mins or until bubbly.

Serve with Fritos scoops, bread, etc
