Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) block Extra-Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) block Montrey Jack Cheese with Peppers, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) package Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground Red Pepper
- 1 cup chopped Walnuts or Pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh Parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Divide chese mixture into 2 equal portions; shape each portion into an 8-inch log.
Combine walnuts and parsley. Roll cheese logs evenly in walnut mixture; cover and chill 8 hours.
