Mushroom Caps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh large button mushrooms
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp chopped onion - scallion

Preparation

Step 1

Brush top of mushroom with cloth. Do Not Wash

Remove stem - cut in pieces.

Combine stems, cheese, onions and melted butter or margarine.

Fill mushroom caps.

Put mushrooms on broiler pan or baking dish or cookie tray.

Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until top filling is slightly crusty.

Serve hot.
