Buttered Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz wide egg noodles
  • 4 T butter
  • Chopped parsley and/or dill
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. Transfer 1/4c cooking water to a skillet.
3. Stir in 4T butter, one @ a time.
4. Add some chopped parsley and/or dill, a squeeze of lemon juice, and salt & pepper.
5. Drain the noodles & toss w/the sauce.
