Ingredients
- 1 lb ground Italian Sausage (I use turkey Italian meatballs)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 leaves fresh basil
- 2 cans beans of your choice
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 C beef broth
- grated Parm or Romano
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage until well browned, add garlic and basil. Saute 4 minutes.
Add tomatoes, beans and broth.
Cover and simmer.
Sprinkle cheese over when serving.
