Italian Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground Italian Sausage (I use turkey Italian meatballs)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 cans beans of your choice
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 2 C beef broth
  • grated Parm or Romano

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage until well browned, add garlic and basil. Saute 4 minutes.
Add tomatoes, beans and broth.

Cover and simmer.

Sprinkle cheese over when serving.
