Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- Dash of garlic salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or minced fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Blend in mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and garlic salt. Stir in olives and onion. Cover; chill 2-3 hours for flavors to blend. When ready to serve, shape cream cheese mixture into ball; roll in pecans to coat. Serve with crackers.
