Ingredients
- 3 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp Sugar, plus extra for dusting
- 1/4 cup milk, plus extra for brushing
- 2 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp Strawberry jam
- 1 1/4 cups sliced strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix bisquick, sugar, milk and eggs with a fork until dough clumps together. Knead a few times on lightly floured surface until smooth; divide in half. Pat out half the dough into a 9-inch round on prepared sheet. Spread with jam, then top with berries. Pat out remaining dough on wax paper into a 9-inch round and invert over berries; seal edges. Brush top with mil; sprinkle with sugar. Cut through dough round into 12 wedges (do not separate wedges). Bake 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
