Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp sugar, divided
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups blueberries (if frozen, unthawed)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter and cream cheese, about 3 minutes. Add 1 cup sugar. Add egg and beat well. In a bowl, combine flour baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla. Gently fold in berries. The batter will be very thick. Pour into 9 inch round cake pan and smooth top. Combine remaining 2 Tbsp sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350°
