Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 (3.8 oz) Instant French Vanilla Pudding
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Preparation

Step 1

In Medium Bowl, mix oil, eggs, and bananas. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add flour mixture to banana mixture. Pour into cupcake tin or bread loaf. For cupcakes, bake at 325°F for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven. For bread loaf you will need to bake longer.
