Chutney-Glazed Cornish Hens

  • Serves: 4 servings
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (8 1/2-ounce jar (about 3/4 cup) mango chutney
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 pre-roasted Cornish Hens

Preparation

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, chutney, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring. Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree. Brush the hens with the glaze.

Reheat the hens for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
