Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (8 oz) Wishbone Russian Dressing
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 - 1 jar apricot preserves
  • 4 split chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Russian Dressing, soup mix and preserves.

Put chicken in well buttered large shallow baking dish.

Pour sauce over top and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hrs. Baste twice

Serve over rice
