Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 cup barley flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1/3 cup mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 T Flax oil
  • 3 T Water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well. Chill. Roll out dough & cut into shapes. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min. Cool, then return to warm oven to sit overnight to crisp.
