Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp. capers
- 2 tea. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 limes
Preparation
Step 1
Place cod fillets in a 9x13 baking dish.
Combined remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
Thinly slice one lime and place over top of the fish (a couple of slices on each fillet).
Bake in a 475 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over top to serve.
