pudding - chocolate chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cooked quinoa
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder (according to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia (or more according to taste)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (I used almond)
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all the ingredients, stirring until everything is combined and the cocoa powder is fully incorporated.

Transfer to the fridge and let sit until fully gelled and thick, about 30 - 45 minutes.
