Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 small cans of tomato sauce
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms (drained)
- onion flakes
- salt & pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon of seltzer
- matzo meal
Details
Cooking time 60mins
Preparation
Step 1
-Mix beef with onion flakes, salt & pepper and garlic flakes
-Make small balls from mixture
-Bring tomato sauce to a slow boil
-Add beef mixture
-Cook covered for 1/2 hour
-Add mushrooms
-Cook for an additional 1/2 hour
