Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries
- 2 limes, peeled and quartered
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in bowl of a food processor. Blend until mixture has the consistency of ice cream. Divide among 4 bowls and serve, topped with extra strawberries or whipped cream, if desired.
Variations:
--Instead of sugar, use honey or agave syrup.
--Leave out the lime segments and top the sorbet with chocolate syrup.
