Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup confection sugar
- 2 small pkgs instant pudding
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 3 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Mix flour, pecans, butter; pat in bottom of 9 X 13 in pan. Bake at 350 for 15 mins. Cool
1st layer: Mix cream cheese and confection sugar, fold in Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
2nd layer: Beat pudding and milk. Pour over cream cheese mixture.
3rd layer: Spread 8 oz Cool Whip over pudding.
Refrigerate and enjoy.
