Salmon Pate

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 7 1/2 ounces canned salmon, red is best

Preparation

Step 1

Mash cream cheese with onion and lemon juice. Mix in salt and liquid smoke.

Drain salmon. Remove round bones and dark skin if any. Add and mix well. Chill a few hours before using.

Serve with assorted crackers, toast points or toast cups.
