Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/ cups shredded cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat waffle iron.
Beat together eggs, milk, yogurt, and oil.
Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt u n til well mixed. Stir in the egg mix just until moistened.
Stir the cheese into the batter.
Pour into waffle iron.
