Ingredients
- olive oil or margarine
- 2 cups broth (2 cubes and 2 cups water)
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, diced
- wine
- meat
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in olive oil or margarine, just to soften a little. Add rice, turn up the temp and saute. Spritz in some wine, let the rice soak up the moisture. Add half the broth. Cook the meat on the side. Add some broth into the meat. Simmer rice for about 20 minutes, add broth if needed.
