Ingredients
- • 1/3 c lemon sorbet .
- • 2 tbsps vodka or limoncello, chilled .
- • 1/4 tsp fresh mint leaves, very finely sliced .
- • 1 c sparkling white wine, chilled (like Prosecco)
Preparation
Step 1
• Step #1 Pour the Prosecco & vodka (or limoncello) into 2 champagne flutes, diving equally.
• Step #2 Spoon a scoop of sorbet into each flute.
• Step #3 Sprinkle top with mint & serve as soon as possible.
