Five Minute Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Put butter, milk, sugar and salt in medium size saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes stirring continually. Remove from heat.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix. Then beat with spoon 1 minute. Marshmallows should be melted. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Cool. Cut into 36 squares.
