Strawberries-Oven Dried

Ingredients

• 2 lbs strawberries
• 2-3 cookie sheets

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Clean and hull the strawberries.
If they are are huge, slice them into thinner slices.

Cover 2-3 cookie sheets with baking paper and arrange the strawberries evenly apart on the cookie sheets.

Place into the oven. Cook for 4 hours, checking on them after the 2nd hour.

Allow them to cool and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
