- Dressing :
- 1 head of cauliflower flowerets, sliced thin
- 6 minced green onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery leaves
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup French dressing
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove peeled and finely chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- cayenne pepper to taste
Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients and toss with vegetables.
