Lacy Parmasean Crisps

  • 3 OZ Parmasean

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put oven rack in middle position and heat oven to 375. Put a silpat liner in a baking sheet.

2. Grate 1 C. of Parmesean using large holes of a box grater.

3. Arrange 6 mounds (1 rounded TBSP each) of cheese 3 inches apart on the liner. Flatten each mound lightly with a spatula to form a 3 inch round.

4. Bake until golden (7 - 10 minutes). Transfer to a cooling rack with spatula and cool completely.

5. Repeat procedure to make more.
