Sunrise Punch

I made this with Alicia in town (HI) and it was good, but not better than mom’s punch tea recipe. We added dark rum and it complimented it well.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 large limes)
  • 9 lime slices
  • 1 (11.5-ounce) can apricot nectar
  • 2 (12-ounce) cans ginger ale

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large pitcher; cover and chill. Add ginger ale just before serving; stir gently. Serve over ice.
