  • 2 cans-13oz chicken breast in water, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1- 4 oz chopped green chilies
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 10- 8 " flour tortillas

Cooking time 60mins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine salsa, chilies, and chicken
2. Place mixture in tortillas and roll
3. Place seam side down in 9x13 baking dish
4. Pour whipping cream over top
5. Bake for 45 minutes at 350
6. Sprinkle cheese on top with ten minutes remaining in cook schedule
