Stuffed Shells

  • 20-24 Large Shells (cooked and drained)
  • Your favorite Spaghetti or Marinara Sauce
  • 1 1/2 C. Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 C. Mozzarella Cheese (plus more for topping)
  • 1 C. Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. While shells are cooking, mix together Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper to the consistency and taste you like. Add eggs to the cheese mixture. In a greased 9x13 inch pan, spread some sauce, stuff shells with cheese mixture and place in pan. Top with remaining sauce and more mozzarella. Bake covered for 20 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
