Peanut Brittle

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cups water
• 1 cup white karo
• 2 cups nuts
• 1 tsp. butter
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Put the sugar and water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil antil it reaches hard crack. remove and add the rest of the ingredients then pour into a greased cookie sheet. Let set then break into serving peices.
