Dinner rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 pks. yeast
  • 1 1-2 cups lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 tblsp. oil
  • 6 tblsp. sugar
  • 4 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Add the yeast to the warm water with a touch of the sugar. When it foams add the salt. sugar oil, and add the flour 1 cup at a time to make a soft dough. Kneed it till it lokks smooth and pat or roll it into a round thats 1 inch thick. Cut it into rolls and set them aside to rise, at least for 20 minutes. Bake them in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
