Ingredients

• 1 cup. powdered sugar
• 1 cup. granulated sugar
• 1 cup. veg. oil
• 1 cup. butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. cream of tartar
• 4 1/2 cup. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugars, oil, butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients.
Shape into balls. Roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten
with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake 350* for 10- 12 mins.
