Ingredients

  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c rice vinegar
  • 4 tap honey
  • 1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced scallion whites
  • 1 Tbsp minced orange zest
  • 2 tsp Chinese mustard
  • 1/2 tap toasted sesame oil
  • 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups shredded coleslaw mix
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 jar mandarin orange segments (20 oz), drained
  • 1 1/2 c chow mein noodles
  • 3/4 c bias-sliced scallion greens
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together vegetable oil, vinegar, honey, chili garlic sauce, scallion whites, zest, mustard, and sesame oil for the vinaigrette.

Toss chicken, coleslaw mix, cabbage, orange segments, noodles, and scallion greens with vinaigrette; season with salt and pepper.
