Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups grated velveeta cheese
- 1 tbls butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 top grade beers
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the milk in a medium saucepan. Add Velveeta cheese and stir constantly until all is melted. Add butter and salt; stir well. Add beer to taste. Let simmer 1/2 hour with boiling. Stir occasionally to keep cheese from burning on the bottom. Serve sprinkled with monterey jack cheese on top.
