Ingredients
- 1 cup soy or low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 can canned pumpkin
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation
Step 1
The night before: In microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients except peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 min 30 seconds. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning microwave for 1 minute. Stir in peanut butter and enjoy.
