Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 4 dashes hot-pepper sauce
- 1 tsp pickle relish, optional
- chopped fresh parsley
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Put eggs in pot. Cover with cold water and bring just to a boil. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 12 minutes.
Drain. Peel, cut into halves and remove yolks. Mash yolks with the mayonnaise, mustard, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper and hot-pepper sauce. Stir in the pickle relish.
Fill cavities of the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle half the eggs with parsley and the other half with paprika.
