BROWNED BUTTER FROSTING

Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 3 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extrct
  • ●Melt butter in a heavy saucepan.
  • ●Cook over low heat until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  • ●Remove from heat, and add remaining ingredients, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
