Ingredients

    pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)

    can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, undrained

    can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

    small onion, chopped

  • 1

    small green pepper, chopped

  • 1

    can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies

  • 1/2

    cup minced fresh parsley

  • 1

    tablespoon chili powder

    garlic clove, minced

Directions

Crumble beef into a 3-qt. slow cooker. Add the next 11 ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or until meat is no longer pink.
