  • 1 c uncooked basmati rice
  • 1 c cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 c chix broth
  • 2 tb green onions
  • S&P
  • 1 minced garlic clove

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice according to directions
place rest in blender, process until smooth
Add to rice, toss gently
